Eligible unused Orceed products may be returned through Amazon within 30 days of delivery, subject to Amazon order eligibility and the conditions below.

Return eligibility
To qualify for a standard return, the product must be unused, uninstalled and in resalable condition. Return all components, instructions and original packaging supplied with the order. Amazon may apply additional marketplace rules based on the order, location or return reason.
How to start a return
- Sign in to the Amazon account used for the purchase.
- Open Your Orders and select the Orceed item.
- Choose the available return or support option.
- Follow the instructions and use the provided return label when applicable.
Installed, damaged or incomplete products
Products showing installation marks, electrical damage, modification, missing components or damage unrelated to shipping may not qualify for a standard refund. If you believe the product is defective, contact Orceed through Amazon messaging so the issue can be reviewed under the warranty policy.
Refund timing
Once an eligible return is received and approved, the refund is normally initiated within 1 to 2 business days. Bank or card processing may take additional time. Amazon displays the current refund status in the order details.
Shipping damage or wrong item
Report a damaged shipment or incorrect item through Amazon as soon as possible. Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the product, shipping label and damaged area.
